Henry’s ANGELS has no control over exchange rates or financial charges applied by banking institutions.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and Stripe, our authorized payment gateways. During checkout, customers must provide the necessary personal and billing information to complete the transaction.

• Your card is charged immediately upon completing your purchase.

• Henry’s ANGELS will never request card details via email, WhatsApp, or any external communication channel.

• Payment information is encrypted and handled exclusively by Shopify and Stripe in accordance with international security standards.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

4. Order Acceptance & Verification

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Henry’s ANGELS reserves the right to accept or reject any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Product unavailability

• Errors in pricing or product information

• Payment authorization failure

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity

A purchase is considered complete only after a confirmation message has been sent via email or WhatsApp.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation. After this period, cancellations are not permitted due to the preparation process of our handcrafted pieces.

6. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

We ship to Mexico and the United States through trusted logistics partners.

Henry’s ANGELS is responsible for preparing and handing orders over to the courier. Once the order has been delivered to the carrier, responsibility for the following transfers to the shipping operator:

• Transit delays

• Failed delivery attempts

• Weather-related interruptions

• Courier operational issues

Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the package. If delivery cannot be completed, the customer is responsible for coordinating redelivery directly with the courier.

7. Returns & Claims

Return eligibility is governed exclusively by our Return Policy.

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted in accordance with the timelines and evidentiary requirements outlined in that policy. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
