Return Policy

At Henry’s ANGELS, every piece is handcrafted with intention, care, and artisanal detail. We hope you love your order as much as we loved creating it.

Due to the nature of our accessories and our made-by-hand production process, our return and exchange policy is designed to protect both the integrity of our craftsmanship and your experience as a customer.


1. General Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Color or style preference

  • Incorrect selection made by the customer

All sales are considered final once the order has been processed.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the item you purchased, we are here to help.

To file a claim, please contact us within 2 calendar days of receiving your package:

You will be required to provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or video clearly showing the issue

  • Images of the packaging and shipping label

  • A brief description of what occurred

Our team will carefully review your case and may offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement (subject to availability)

  • Store credit

  • A refund for the product price only

Refunds do not include shipping fees.

If Henry’s ANGELS shipped an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.


3. Handcrafted Variations

Because our pieces are handmade, slight variations in texture, color, or finish are natural and inherent to the artisanal process.

These characteristics are not considered defects and are therefore not eligible for returns or exchanges.


4. Return Approval Process

All return or replacement requests must be reviewed and approved by our team before any item is sent back.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once your claim has been evaluated, you will be notified via WhatsApp with:

  • The decision

  • Next steps

  • Any additional instructions

Please wait for approval before shipping any item back.


5. Refunds

If your claim is approved for a refund, it will be issued only after:

  • The issue has been verified by our team

  • The item (if required) has been received and inspected

  • The claim has been confirmed as valid

Refunds apply only to the amount paid for the product and exclude shipping fees.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment method.


6. Important Notes

  • Claims submitted after 5 business days from delivery cannot be accepted.

  • Courier delays are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be processed.

  • Henry’s ANGELS reserves the right to decline any claim that does not meet this Return Policy.
